Amazing Lake Trout!!! Back in 1995, at Great Bear Lake, Northwest Territories, Canada, Lloyd Bull caught the IGFA all tackle world record lake trout. It weighed 72 pounds! Larger fish have been caught in nets, including a 102 pound specimen. Chances are the next world record is swimming around a big lake in northern Canada right now.
