What Head says about the Kore 99
“The KORE 99’s superpower is multitasking around the mountain. The ski’s construction reduces weight without sacrificing performance, resulting in a nimble freeride ski. The core’s materials have a high strength-to-weight ratio and include Graphene, Karuba wood and multi layers of carbon. HEAD’s new topsheet shape, a sandwich sidewall construction and tip and tail rocker add hero attributes to the KORE 99: stability, agility and power.”
Here’s how we’d characterize the flex pattern of the Kore 99:
In Front of Toe Piece: 9.5
Behind the Heel Piece: 9.5
Similar to other the Kore skis we’ve flexed, the Kore 99 is very stiff throughout the entire ski.
We’ve got the Kore 99 along with several other Head Kore skis in for review. Stay tuned for updates, and let us know of any questions you have about this ski.
